BOOK THE BAND
Thank you for considering booking The Revivals for your special occasion. Please complete the booking form and someone from the band will contact you back.
Our costs are tailored for each specific event. Factors including travel time and how long we will be at the event are considered within the price.
Our terms and conditions are below. Please read them carefully.
Deposit / Payment - A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and then full payment 7 days before the actual event date.
Our preferred method is cash or Bank Transfer. If the booking goes ahead, you will be provided with bank details if that is your preffered method. If paying by Bank Transfer, please quote your name plus event date so we know who it's from (so for example Ringo Starr booking us on 16th September 2022 would be RS16092022). Please also email us so I can look out for it and let you know it arrived safely. You will receive confirmation of deposit and final payment arrival.
The total cost of the booking is based on the details you provide. We take into consideration travel time, how long we perform for and time taken from set up to leaving. You will be informed of your quote as soon as possible. Paying the deposit is acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Booking
1.1 All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions set below.
1.2 There will be adequate set up time available usually 60 to 90 minutes before the start time of the event and 30 minutes after the event to break the gear down. The Client should indicate what access is available, stairs, lifts, car parking etc.
1.3 Both The Revivals and client offer assurances that no previous bookings exist with other clients/companies that would affect the booking.
1.4 Paying a booking fee/deposit for your event or function is a 100% binding guarantee of contract.
1.5 The Revivals will arrive at the requested time and perform for 2 hours (unless less is requested). The Revivals will supply background music before and after the event only if requested in advance.
2. Payments
2.1 Booking fees can be made in Cash or BACS. A booking is not confirmed until the booking fee is paid. The booking fee is non-refundable.
2.2 Final payment for any booking has to be made 7 days prior to event.
3. Cancellations and Postponements
3.1 The Revivals will be holding your date exclusively for you and will turn away all other work. The potential loss of work in the event of a cancellation is real and tangible therefore The Revivals will keep the deposit. Cancellations must be made in writing or by e-mail.
3.2 If the cancellation or postponement is made less than 7 days before the event, the entire fee will be due. This is because it is unlikely The Revivals will receive a replacement booking at such a late date. However if we were to take another booking we will always refund this fee. Any cancellations made 7 days or more before the event where full payment has been received by The Revivals, a full refund will be provided, minus the cost of the deposit.
3.3 In the unlikely event that The Revivals are unable to attend due to accident or sudden illness, The Revivals shall attempt to provide a suitable substitute offering a similar service at no additional charge to the client.

5.2 In the event of fire, flooding, public disturbance, terrorist activity or any other threat to the public, The Revivals will not be responsible to help in any way or evacuate any venue or building where he is present and / or working within, unless the fire regulations for the venue specify otherwise. This would usually incur a vocal announcement.
5.3 The equipment used may include such items as lighting stands, truss systems, speaker stands and other constructions. The area provided must be both safe and practical. If the band deems that the Venue is unsafe, The Revivals reserves the right to refuse to set up, and in this case the full fee would still be payable, as The Revivals have turned up, but is prevented from working by Health & Safety Issues which are the Clients responsibility.
